In most cases, within a few minutes. Premium artisans get your alert instantly. If no one responds in your area, Zuno automatically widens the search across Lagos — up to 3 broadcast rounds — so you always get covered.

How do I know the artisan is trustworthy? +

Every artisan on Zuno has a public profile with their full name, skill category, operating area, and star rating from past customers. You can see their profile before they arrive. Reviews are real — posted by verified customers after completed jobs.

What types of jobs can I post? +

Plumbing, electrical, AC repair, cleaning, painting, carpentry, tiling, welding, auto mechanics, generator repair, fumigation, CCTV installation, roof repair, inverter and solar, TV mounting, borehole and water services, and more — over 20 categories and growing.

What if no artisan accepts my job? +

Zuno runs 3 automatic broadcast rounds — first your LGA, then all of Lagos, then a final open round. If all 3 rounds pass with no acceptance, you'll be notified and can repost the job or adjust your budget. This is rare, but Zuno keeps you informed the whole way.

Do I need to create an account to post a job? +
