These Terms apply to all users of the platform including customers who post jobs, artisans who offer services, and general visitors. Using Zuno in any capacity constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
If you are using Zuno on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. These Terms take effect the moment you begin using our platform.

As an artisan registered on Zuno, you agree to the following standards of conduct and professional responsibility:
Artisan subscription fees are non-refundable once a plan period has started. Plans auto-expire at the end of their duration and artisans are automatically downgraded to the basic tier. Zuno reserves the right to adjust plan pricing with reasonable notice.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on Zuno and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:
Violations of this section may be reported to the appropriate Nigerian law enforcement authorities. Zuno cooperates fully with legal investigations involving fraud, harassment, or criminal conduct on our platform.
Zuno is a matching and marketplace platform. We connect customers with artisans but we are not a party to the payment transaction between them. Payment terms, amounts, and methods are agreed directly between the customer and artisan.
Always agree on a clear price before work begins. Use Zuno's messaging system to keep a record of what was agreed. This protects both you and the artisan.
Zuno's review system is the backbone of trust on our platform. All users agree to the following review guidelines:
Review manipulation โ including creating fake accounts to boost ratings โ is a serious violation and will result in permanent account removal.
Zuno reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
If your artisan account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. Zuno's decision on account suspension is final.

Zuno is a technology platform that facilitates connections between customers and artisans. We are not an employer, contractor, or service provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Zuno shall not be liable for:
You use Zuno at your own risk. We strongly recommend that customers verify artisan reviews before hiring, and that artisans maintain professional conduct at all times.
All content on Zuno.ng โ including but not limited to the platform name, logo, design, code, text, graphics, and features โ is the exclusive property of Zuno.ng and is protected under applicable Nigerian and international intellectual property laws.
Your use of Zuno is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy and the way we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We handle all personal data in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
Zuno reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered users via email or an in-app notice.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continued use of Zuno after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the platform.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Zuno shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
