How do I post a job on Zuno? +
Tap "Post a Job" on the homepage or app. Fill in your job category, description, location, and budget. It takes less than 60 seconds and is completely free. Once submitted, Zuno automatically alerts verified artisans in your area.
How long before an artisan responds? +
Most jobs receive a response within minutes. Premium artisans are alerted instantly, Pro artisans within 2 minutes, and Standard artisans within 5 minutes. If no one in your area responds, Zuno automatically expands the search across Lagos β up to 3 rounds.
Is it free to post a job? +
Yes β completely free. Customers never pay Zuno to post a job or hire an artisan. You only pay the artisan directly for the work they do. Artisans are the ones who subscribe to our platform to access job alerts.
How do I know the artisan is trustworthy? +
Every artisan on Zuno has a public profile showing their full name, skill, service area, and star rating from past customers. Reviews are left by real, verified customers after completed jobs. You can view the artisan's profile before they arrive at your location.
What if the artisan does a bad job? +
Leave an honest review on their profile β this protects other customers and holds the artisan accountable. If the issue is serious (fraud, misconduct, danger), contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 09164096900 or email support@zuno.ng and we will investigate.
Can I cancel a job after posting it? +
Yes. If an artisan has not yet accepted your job, it can be cancelled without any issue. If an artisan has already accepted and is on their way, please notify them promptly and contact us to log the cancellation. Repeated cancellations may affect your account standing.
How do I register as an artisan on Zuno? +
Go to zuno.ng and tap "Join as Artisan". Fill in your full name, phone number, email, skill category, and your LGA. Registration is free and takes about 2 minutes. Once registered, you can start receiving job alerts in your area.
How do artisan subscription plans work? +
Zuno has four plan levels β Basic, Standard, Pro, and Premium. Premium artisans get job alerts instantly, Pro at 2 minutes, and Standard at 5 minutes. Basic artisans do not receive real-time alerts. Higher plans mean faster access to more jobs and more customers.
What happens if I accept a job but can't make it? +
Notify the customer immediately and contact Zuno support. Repeated no-shows after accepting jobs will result in warnings and may lead to account suspension. Your reliability is your reputation on Zuno β customers rate artisans after every job.
How do I upgrade my subscription plan? +
Log into your artisan dashboard and navigate to the Subscription section. Select your desired plan and follow the payment instructions. If you experience any issues upgrading, contact us on WhatsApp at 09164096900 and we will assist you directly.
How do I improve my rating on Zuno? +
Show up on time, do the work professionally, charge what you agreed, and treat customers with respect. Happy customers leave great reviews. Your average star rating is displayed on your public profile and directly affects how much customers trust you.
How do I reset my password? +
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset link. If you do not receive the email within 5 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at support@zuno.ng.
How do I update my profile information? +
Log into your dashboard and go to Profile Settings. You can update your name, phone number, profile photo, service area, and skill category. If you are unable to make changes, contact us on WhatsApp or email and we will update it for you.
How do I delete my Zuno account? +
Send an email to support@zuno.ng with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number or email. We will process your request within 14 business days. All your personal data will be permanently removed from our system.
My account was suspended β what do I do? +
Contact us immediately at support@zuno.ng or WhatsApp 09164096900 with your registered details. Explain the situation and our team will review your account. If the suspension was made in error, we will reinstate your account promptly.
Does Zuno handle payments between customers and artisans? +
No. Zuno is a matching platform. Payments for services are agreed and settled directly between the customer and the artisan. Zuno does not hold, process, or guarantee these payments. Always agree on a clear price before work begins.
An artisan charged me more than agreed β what do I do? +
Contact us at support@zuno.ng or WhatsApp 09164096900 with the details of what was agreed vs what was charged. We will investigate and take action against the artisan if the complaint is verified. Leave an honest review on their profile to warn other customers.
Can I get a refund on my artisan subscription? +
Artisan subscription fees are non-refundable once a plan period has started. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical error, contact us at support@zuno.ng with your payment details and we will investigate.
What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions? +
We accept all major Nigerian bank transfers, debit cards, and payments via Paystack. If you are having trouble completing a payment, contact us on WhatsApp at 09164096900 and we will guide you through the process manually.
